We advise that as long as your hair is approximately 6 inches or longer, our clip in ponytail hair extensions will be suitable to wear!

How do I know which colour of ponytail hair extensions to choose?

We completely understand that selecting the right colour from a computer screen isn’t always easy. To ensure the best match, upload your photo to our colour match form or use Live Help, alternatively send us a small sample of your hair, and we will match it. Hair extensions can be one shade lighter or darker than your natural hair and still blend often in seamlessly. We offer an easy exchange policy if your hair extensions do not match. Simply return them with a sample of your own hair (if needed) for an exchange or refund.

Can I dye my ponytail?

The Ponytail can be further dyed if needed, however please note this always poses a risk and will void any chance of return.

Can I bleach the ponytail?

We do not recommend bleaching the hair as the hair has already gone through a dying process so bleaching them always poses a risk of damaging the quality. It is easier to dye the hair darker, we would recommend purchasing a lighter colour and dying them darker for better results.
