Once you are happy that the pictures are a true representation of your hair colour then simply send pictures of your hair to us & we will use our years of expertise to ensure you get the best match possible.

Follow these steps

1. Take a photo showing all of your hair from the back
2. Ensure your hair is down and the ends of your hair are visible
3. Go for a head-shoulder photo instead of close up
4. So we can get an accurate match, please send a picture taken outside, in natural sunlight (but not direct)
5. Please avoid using filters / edited pictures
