Delivery Information

We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse, and we’ve worked hard to make delivery as smooth and stress free as possible.

Please take a moment to read through the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

UK Orders 

All standard UK orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are shipped the next working day.

USA Orders – (now Duties Included)

If you’re ordering from the United States, your duties and import taxes are now included in your order total at checkout on eligible shipping services.

That means:

• No additional customs bills
• No courier asking for payment before delivery
• No unexpected fees

What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Occasionally, customs clearance can cause a slight delay, but this is uncommon. If anything is ever needed, the courier will contact you directly.

We introduced this because we know how frustrating surprise charges can be since the new tarriffs. This keeps things simple and seamless.

International Orders 

If you’re ordering from outside the UK and outside the USA, your country may charge import duties or taxes.

These charges:

• Are set by your government
• Are outside of our control
• Are the responsibility of the customer

Customs clearance can sometimes extend delivery times.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges: 

• A refund will only be processed once the item has returned to us
• Original shipping costs, return fees and any customs charges incurred will be deducted (customs duties are charged by your government once the item hits your country and unfortunatelyyour govenment will not refund those charges)

We always recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order if you’re unsure.

Pre Orders

If your item is on pre order:

• It will ship as soon as stock arrives
• You’ll receive priority dispatch
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once it leaves us

Timeframes are estimates and can occasionally shift due to manufacturing or shipping delays, but we always keep you updated.

Factory Direct Shipping

For selected high demand pieces, you may see the option for Factory Direct Shipping at checkout.

Estimated delivery:
7 to 14 working days

These items ship directly from the factory to you.

Please note:

• Promotional free gifts are not included with Factory Direct orders
• Only the Factory Direct item will be included in that shipment

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both:

• A Factory Direct item
• A UK warehouse item

They will arrive separately.

Your in stock item will be sent first using your chosen shipping method so you receive it as quickly as possible.

Shipping Services & Estimated Delivery Times

DHL Express
2 to 3 working days
In rare cases, customs processing may extend this slightly.

International Tracked
5 to 15 working days
Your parcel is transferred to your local postal service once it arrives in your country.

Royal Mail UK
Next Day Delivery: Next working day
Standard Tracked: 2 to 3 working days

Order Changes

We are quick and eager for you to get your order, so you have 30 minutes (during working hours) after placing your order to request amendments or cancellations.

Once dispatched, we are unable to guarantee changes, we recommend double checking your address and items before checking out.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can’t see it.

All Foxy Locks parcels are sent using a signature required service for added security.

If you choose signature release or safe place delivery, responsibility transfers once the parcel is marked as delivered.

Returns, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us for any reason, we can process a refund or reshipment once it arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued minus original shipping and any incurred charges.

If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged:

• Contact us as soon as possible
• Retain all packaging
• We will open a courier investigation

Each courier has specific claim timeframes, which must be followed before compensation can be issued. 

If the item is showing as delivered on the tracking a claim with the courier must be submitted by us. We can only compensate orders that are declared officially missing by the courier once the claim has been finalised.
