By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Where it states item measurements, weights & sizes - this is only an approximate value and may differ slightly to what is being advertised. For instance, the weight and length may be slightly more or less by only a small amount. The number of wefts may vary but the weight will be correct. This number of clips may vary on each weft. The hair is sold by the total weight. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the colours on the website are a true representation - how the colours are viewed may alter slightly due to the device on which you are viewing the website. Due to a change in packaging, some sets may still be received in the old packaging - however the hair still remains the same. If your item is returned for a refund, you will be refunded for the returned items only. In order to contract with Foxy Locks you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Foxy Locks retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. We reserve the right to request additional information to prove identity from an order on rare occasions, including scanned copies of passports, cards (blacking out all numbers except for the last 4 digits on the credit card) or other forms for ID to help us prevent fraudulent transactions. If you refuse to supply this information we will have to cancel your order & charge a 5% re-stocking fee for the inconvenience. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Once Dispatched - From this point on we consider the order Accepted and we will honour the contract between both parties up until Delivery is achieved in conjunction with the distance selling regulations.

Wrong Prices - We have no intention of misleading or misrepresenting our products but with human and technological error mistakes can happen. If you are looking through our site and find a price error please note you are welcome to contact us and for the help you provide we will give you a discount.

However if your sole interest is to trawl our website to find and capitalise on an innocent mistake then please see above regarding order acceptance! If you make an order and we notice any issue relating to your order and a price error then we will contact you and invite you to pay the correct price - if you are an honest good person then naturally you will understand. If not,please accept our deepest apologies but we will not accept or send any products for less than the correct price, like stated above we do not accept orders till they are dispatched. The Foxy Locks Limited mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Foxy Locks Limited (“Foxy Locks Limited”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Foxy Locks Limited’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Foxy Locks Limited through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, abandoned cart, giveaways, special offers, sales, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Foxy Locks Limited mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
